We currently ship within the contiguous Unites States.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

    Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Kombucha is temperature-sensitive. Customers are responsible for bringing packages indoors and refrigerating immediately upon delivery.

    We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

    • Packages left outside for extended periods
    • Packages not refrigerated immediately 
    • Incorrect addresses
    • Delivery delays outside our control
  • Due to state and local regulations, we may not ship to certain locations.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3–7 days at ecommerce@radiatemiami.com

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. Due to our filtration process we are able to ship kombucha at ambient temperatures and have about 7-10 days before it begins to ferment again. After this time, we cannot guarantee product will not gush. We do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • We may offer a refund or replacement for:

    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect orders
    • Spoiled or leaking products
    • Missing items

    To request assistance, email us at ecommerce@radiatemiami.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • A brief description
  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Opened or consumed products
    • Orders reported after the claim window
    • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
